I was looking to get my laptop serviced on a Sunday, and almost every computer repair shop was closed. Thankfully, I found Prompt Computers, and even though they normally close around 2 PM on Sundays, I reached out to them around 3 PM. I explained that I had come from a distance, and they were kind enough to say they'd still accommodate me. True to their word, someone came to assist me, and they serviced my laptop right in front of me. The staff was polite, professional, and very helpful. It’s rare to find such support and flexibility these days. Thank you, Prompt Computers🤗❤️, for the excellent service and for going the extra mile on a Sunday! Highly recommended.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional support I received from Mr. Shailesh Lad during an emergency situation. His willingness to assist me by providing authorized Dell products, even during the closing hours of the Diwali festival, was truly commendable.
